King Salmon is the largest and rarest of the Pacific varieties. The meat has
a rosy pink color and a full complex flavor. This fish has the highest level
of life-saving Omega oils. Available fresh during May -Aug. (frozen
Sept-April). These select King Salmon Fillets are sent in beautiful 1 lb.
fillets, each vacuum packed and ready to prepare or freeze.

Shipping Policy - All Live & Fresh Seafood
must be shipped overnight to your home or place of business. Fresh & Live
Seafood is packed in insulated cartons and delivered to your door. Someone
must be home to receive and sign for the package. If no one is home and the
package is left unattended for too long, the Seafood will perish and we will
not refund the purchase. If you are unable to be at home to receive your
package, please have your order sent to your place of business or arrange to
pick them up at your local FedEx terminal. (You must call them in advance to
make arrangements).
